Dissapointed about lack of transparency Positive: The property was clean and furniture was ok. Negative: I would like to highlight the lack of transparency in the listing’s pet policy. The host did not disclose key details, specifically the pet fee, which turned out to be excessive (almost the cost of an additional night), nor the requirements regarding the type or characteristics of pets allowed. Because of this, we attempted to cancel the booking less than an hour after making the reservation. However, the cancellation fee was almost equal to the total amount we had paid for the stay. In the end, we were forced to change our plans and travel without our pet, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. I believe these details should have been clearly disclosed upfront in the listing, as the lack of transparency caused unnecessary costs and disruption.

Our stay at Midtown was wonderful. The apartment was extremely clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Any questions we had about booking were quickly answered. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event downtown and it was a quick Uber drive away. Nothing but positive things to say. We would definitely stay here again.

Good communication from owner...nearby field/trail for dogs...but its an old building and the quality of the renovation is only okay...the halls have the smell of an old building...hot water for shower but the kitchen sink wouldn't give "hot" water...frustrating tv experience...links to a few streaming services you need an account with to access...if you don't subscribe to them no tv.

Lovely Apartment Positive: We would definitely stay again! The apt. is in a small low rise bldg with convenient and close parking. It is very clean, quiet, comfortable and well- appointed. We could walk to Wortley Village. Hosts respond very quickly to any questions.
