Negative: Need more spoons and ladles

Everything went really well. The apartment is perfect and clean. The only two issues are: (1) the apartment was very hot and we couldn’t find the control for temperature; (2) the outside of the apartment like the entrance to the building and the building corridors were but clean and the stairs entering the building is slippery. However, if I go to London again I would use this place especially over summer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Owners were pleasant to correspond with and access to apartment was easy
Positive: It’s was a lovely atmosphere. Well decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. It was like being at home while being away from home. Definitely would return.
Negative: Bedrooms were dusty and not as clean as I would have expected.
